PENGALAMAN IBU MENYUSUI BAYI KEMBAR: SCOPING REVIEW

Abstract

          Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui dampak psikologis ibu ,dukungan yang dibutuhkan dan faktor yang mempengaruhi ibu menyusui bayi kembarnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi scoping review dengan menggunakan framework Arksey dan O'Malley dan aplikasi berbasis web untuk memilih  artikel yang relevan hingga menjadi 9 artikel yang ditinjau. Tiga tema yang muncul sebagai hasil scoping review yaitu dampak psikologis ibu yang menyusui bayi kembar, dukungan yang dibutuhkan ibu yang menyusui anak kembarnya dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ibu yang menyusui bayi kembarnya. Kesimpulan Ibu yang memiliki bayi kembar pada umumnya mengalami stres daripada ibu yang memiliki bayi tunggal. Stres pada ibu bayi kembar berupa kesulitan dalam merawat, tidak mengetahui cara menyusui bayi kembar, dan merasa prosuksi ASI yang kurang. Dukungan yang paling utama adalah dukungan dari suami dan keluarga karena suami dan keluarga merupakan faktor yang pertama dalam memotivasi ibu untuk menyusui bayi kembarnya. Faktor yang mempengaruhi menyusui bayi kembar yaitu faktor kondisi ibu yaitu ibu operasi sesar, pengetahuan ibu dan faktor kondisi bayi yaitu berat badan yang kurang.
