PENGALAMAN TRANSISI LAKI-LAKI MENJADI AYAH : SCOPING REVIEW

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Transisi menjadi ayah dimulai sejak kehamilan hingga satu tahun kelahiran dan memunculkan perubahan sosial baik secara fisik maupun psikologis. Perubahan tersebut sering kali tidak disertai dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan serta sumber informasi yang memadai. Hal ini berdampak pada proses adaptasi menjadi ayah dan meningkatkan risiko gangguan kesehatan mental saat menghadapi proses transisi menjadi ayah. Tinjauan ini bertujuan untuk memetakan literatur mengenai adaptasi menjadi orang tua berdasarkan sudut pandang pengalaman menjadi seorang ayah. Metode: Scoping review ini menggunakan framework Arksey dan O’Malley dan aplikasi berbasis web untuk memilih  artikel yang relevan hingga menjadi 8 artikel yang ditinjau. Hasil: Hasil review memetakan 3 tema yaitu proses adaptasi transisi, dampak psikologis dan faktor yang mempengaruhi proses transisi. Diskusi: proses transisi menjadi ayah memerlukan adaptasi dengan memperhatikan faktor yang mempengaruhinya.
