Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang signifikan pada kelompok lansia, terutama di tingkat pelayanan kesehatan primer. Identifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan status tekanan darah menjadi penting untuk mendukung pengelolaan hipertensi yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara risiko klinis dan status tekanan darah pada pasien lansia di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan primer di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan potong lintang serta memanfaatkan data sekunder dari catatan kesehatan rutin. Sebanyak 35 pasien lansia diikutsertakan melalui teknik total sampling. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi karakteristik sosiodemografi, faktor klinis, gaya hidup, dan status tekanan darah menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis bivariat. Uji chi-square atau Fisher exact digunakan dengan tingkat kemaknaan p < 0,05. Penelitian ini telah memperoleh izin dari Puskesmas Salurang (No. 440/441/PKMS/XII/2025). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 62,9% responden mengalami tekanan darah tidak terkontrol. Risiko klinis merupakan satu-satunya faktor yang berhubungan secara signifikan (p = 0,005), sedangkan variabel lain tidak bermakna. Kesimpulannya, penguatan identifikasi dan pengelolaan risiko klinis penting untuk meningkatkan pengendalian tekanan darah pada lansia.
